Once you’ve completed your mortgage application, the next step is to securely upload any required documents. Don’t worry—it’s quick and easy!

  1. Log in to Your Portal

Click the secure link I sent you via email to access your mortgage portal. From there, you’ll see a list of any documents I need from you.

  1. Find Your Document Checklist

Your personalized checklist will show exactly what’s needed—things like:

  • 📄 Income verification (pay stubs, T4s, or tax returns)

  • 🏦 Bank statements (for your down payment or savings)

  • 🏡 Property details (if applicable)

💡 Tip: If you’re not sure what a document is, just upload what you have, and I’ll let you know if we need anything else.

  1. Upload Your Files

✅ Click on the document name

✅ Select “Upload” and choose the file from your computer or phone

✅ Repeat for each required document

📸 Uploading from your phone? You can take a clear photo of the document and upload it directly! Just make sure everything is visible and easy to read.
